Goth Gulzar Thebo, – Rani, a 40-year-old mother of four, has overcome incredible challenges to become a beacon of hope in her community. Abandoned by her husband in 2008 due to mental health issues, Rani was left to raise her children alone.
Despite the hardships, she found strength in her work, laboring in the fields and stitching clothes to make ends meet. Her determination and resilience caught the attention of HANDS Pakistan, who recruited her as a Marvi worker in 2013.
Since then, Rani’s life has transformed. She has not only improved her economic situation but also opened a small TUC shop, enhancing her standard of living.
During floods, she selflessly helps her entire village, offering encouragement and medical advice to those in need.
Rani’s inspiring journey is a testament to her unwavering spirit and dedication. From adversity to empowerment, she has become a shining example of women’s strength and resilience, inspiring others to follow in her footsteps.
