Karachi Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Livestock Fisheries & KatchiAbadies presides over a high-level meeting regards sanitation of Karachi Fisheries Harbor Authority, in which Hengzhou Jingjing Private Group Engineer Muhammad Khalid participated. Syed Najmi Alam told the Chinese group that we are making efforts to remove the ban imposed on the export of fish by the European Union and at this time three of our companies producing and exporting fish have been declared clear and one, the fourth company is also ready to clear. He said that we are working on a pilot project under the direction of President Asif Ali Zardari. Syed Najmi Alam said that we will enter into a cleaning contract with this Chinese company because they have sea cleaning machinery and they have also worked with Sindh Solid Waste Management, It was decided in the meeting that this group will make a detailed visit to Karachi Fish Harbor and give its report and then we will approve the cleaning plan with them. Secretary Livestock Fisheries Dr. Kazim Hussain Jatoi and Karachi Harbor Authority Director Syed Asim Karim participated in the meeting.
