KARACHI, Sadia Javed, Spokesperson of the Sindh Government and Member of the Sindh Assembly (MPA), has extended her heartiest greetings to the youth of Sindh and Pakistan on the occasion of International Youth Day. She acknowledges the indispensable role of young people in shaping the nation’s future and driving its progress.
In her message, Sadia Javed underscored the Sindh Government’s unwavering dedication to youth empowerment through inclusive and forward-thinking policies. “The youth are the heartbeat of our province’s development. Their energy, creativity, and innovation are the foundations upon which our future is built. Under the dynamic leadership of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the youngest leader of any political party in Pakistan, the Sindh Government has consistently prioritized initiatives that equip our youth with the education, skills, and opportunities they need to excel.”
Reflecting on this year’s theme, “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development,” Sadia Javed highlighted the transformative power of digital literacy and technology in empowering young people. “In today’s digital era, it is crucial that our youth have access to technology and the skills to harness it effectively. The Sindh Government is committed to closing the digital divide, ensuring that every young person, regardless of their background, can fully participate in the digital economy.”
Sadia Javed also paid tribute to the enduring legacy of Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, who both championed the rights and empowerment of youth. “The visionary leadership of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto continues to inspire us as we strive to create a future where every young person has the opportunity to achieve their dreams and contribute to the prosperity of our province and nation.” She also highlighted that Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto established the Youth Affairs Division during her tenure, with the goal of prioritizing the resolution of youth issues and focusing on their development and welfare.
She reminded the youth of the powerful words of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah: “The future of the country depends on the quality of thinking and the direction of thought of the youth. The more purposeful and elevated it is, the faster the country will progress.” She added, “As the leaders of tomorrow, it is your responsibility to be informed, engaged, and to uphold the values of justice, equality, and democracy. Your active participation is crucial in building a Pakistan that is inclusive, prosperous, and just.”ank
Concluding her message, Sadia Javed reaffirmed the Sindh Government’s steadfast commitment to supporting the youth, stating, “Under the visionary guidance of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Sindh Government will continue to champion the rights and aspirations of our youth.
