Active nationalist political activist Mark Jan Pirzadu was found dead in a noose at his residence in Hyderabad,

while the family members of the victim expressed fears that she might have been murdered.

Jan Mark was the main leader of the ladies wing of the nationalist organization Jai Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (Jasqam).

She actively participated in political and social sit-ins and demonstrations in various cities of Sindh including Hyderabad

The news of Mark John's alleged suicide spread like wildfire on social media and many people expressed fears that she had been murdered.
