"Islamabad Literature Festival 2024 Celebrates Literary Excellence and Cultural Heritage"
The Islamabad Literature Festival (ILF), launched in April 2013, has become a highly anticipated event, inspired by the success of the Karachi Literature Festival (KLF) and the Children's Literature Festival (CLF).
The 2024 edition featured prominent poets and writers such as Zahra Nigah, Iftikhar Arif, Hamid Mir, and Sana Hameed. Ahmareen Farah from the faculty of social sciences at SZABIST attended various sessions, including a memorable Mushaira on the night of November 9th. The audience was captivated by the poetic expressions of Zahra Nigah and Iftikhar Arif, who enchanted listeners with their eloquent recitations.
The festival continues to be a celebration of literary excellence and cultural heritage.
