Karachi A dignified ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA) in Karachi on the “Youm-e-Tashakur." The Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Sindh and Chairperson of STEVTA, Junaid Buland graced the event. Also present were STEVTA’s Managing Director Tariq Manzoor Chandio, Directors Yousuf Baloch, Ziaullah Solangi, Mehwish Jilani, Lubna Mehmood Rizvi, and other officials.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Special prayers were offered for the safety, continuity, progress, and prosperity of beloved Pakistan and its Armed Forces. All participants joined in the collective prayer and expressed a strong sense of national spirit.
Chairperson Junaid Buland hoisted the national flag along with the staff. Addressing the participants, he emphasized that remembering the sacrifices of Pakistan’s Armed Forces and contributing to the country’s survival and development is not merely a ceremonial act, but a national and moral duty. He expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for the blessing of living in an Independent country and stated that the path to progress can be illuminated through unity and hard work.
He further stated that STEVTA is not only working to promote technical education but is also playing a vital role in raising awareness and consciousness at the national level.
A large number of senior officials, administrative staff, teachers, trainers, and people from various departments participated in the event. On this occasion, all participants renewed their commitment to the development, peace, and prosperity of the nation and country.
