The body of student Sneha Joti Keswani was recovered from Khairpur Medical College

The discovery of the body of Hindu MBBS final year student Sneha Jyoti Keswani from the hostel of Khairpur Medical College (KMC) has raised many questions.

 Sneha Jyoti Keswani is said to belong to Deharki town of Ghotki district and she belonged to the minority Hindu community.

According to Sindhi TV channel 'Dharti TV', Sneha Joti Keswani's body was recovered from the hostel, her body was shifted to Civil Hospital Khairpur, where her post-mortem will be done.


The Khairpur Medical College administration claimed that Sneha Jyoti Keswani was found unconscious in the hostel and was declared brought dead when she was shifted to the hospital, the report said.

On the other hand, the hospital administration says that the student was taken to the hospital in dead condition.

Students of Khairpur Medical College gathered after the body of the student was transferred to the civil hospital and demanded a transparent investigation.


Immediately, the relatives of Sneha Joti and the police and district administration, including the college administration, did not issue any explanatory statement.
