"HANDS Foundation Advances Family Planning Initiatives in Sindh through Extensive Community Engagement"
The HANDS Foundation’s Scaling Family Planning in Sindh project team recently carried out a series of activities across multiple villages in the districts of Thatta, Sajawal, and Badin.
These efforts included engaging with Marvi workers through meetings, conducting on-the-job training sessions, holding health committee meetings, and organizing awareness sessions on family planning services. Additionally, the team collected crucial data on Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRAs) and set up camps to further support the community’s needs.
The activities aim to enhance access to and understanding of family planning services, empowering communities in these districts.
