On June 2nd, around 5 PM in Islamabad, 17-year-old TikToker Sana Yousuf was murdered in her home. According to reports, a masked suspect entered the house and shot her twice in the chest before fleeing. Sana Yousuf was immediately taken to the hospital, but she succumbed to her injuries.

Islamabad Police utilized footage from 130 CCTV cameras to identify and track down the suspect, leading to his arrest within 20 hours in Faisalabad. Authorities revealed that the suspect was in contact with the victim before the crime and had taken her mobile phone with him after the incident. The police conducted multiple raids and recovered the murder weapon. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi confirmed that the suspect has confessed to the crime.
