Mr. Nakagawa
Yasushi, the Deputy Consul-General of Japan in Karachi witnessed the MOU
signing of PJIF president Mr. Iqbal Burma alongside Mr. Syed Ghazanfar Hussain,
Registrar at NED University.
Speaking at
the ceremony, Mr. Nakagawa highlighted the importance of learning foreign
languages in order to gain cultural understanding.
