In the Accountability Court of Karachi, a reference was heard against the leader of MQM and former Nazim Karachi Mustafa Kamal and others.
The court sent back the reference of illegal allotment of government land in Karachi Clifton against ten accused including Mustafa Kamal to Chairman NAB. After the amendments in the NAB rules, the accused filed a request for transfer of the reference to NAB.
