Unrest in Sindh and for what purpose" at Karachi Press Club

Karachi Sindh Writers and Thinkers Forum and Pakistan Federal Union of Generalists organized Awaaz Sindh conference under the title of "Unrest in Sindh and for what purpose" at Karachi Press Club.

In the conference, it was demanded that Priya Kumari should be repatriated immediately. The real killers of martyred journalist Jan Muhammad Mehr should be arrested as soon as possible.

A delegation of Awami Tehreek led by Central General Secretary of Awami Tehreek Noor Ahmad Katiyar, Central Media Secretary Kashif Malah and Advocate Abdullah Buppar participated in the conference.

Senior journalist Mazhar Abbas, Dastgir Bhatti, Muzaffar Chandio, Professor Mushtaq Mirani, Central President of Sindh Sagar Party Hafiz Sikander Tanyu, Faheem Nunari, Asif Baladi, Faheem Nunari, Mahesh Kumar, Zulfiqar Rajpar, Zulfiqar Wahoocho, Faqir Muhammad Tanyu, Dr. Altaf Memon. Dr. Badr Soomro, Suresh, Dr. Yasmin Qazi, Riaz Sohail and other leaders addressed the conference. Addressing the conference, Central General Secretary of Awami Tehreek Noor Ahmed Katiyar said that peace and order has been destroyed by establishing a bandit regime in Sindh under a conspiracy.

. Kidnapping has become an industry, with government officials, chiefs, gangsters and the police facilitating the robbers. The federal government and the government of Sindh should answer who delivers the new weapons left by NATO in Afghanistan to the robbers.

He said that the committee formed by the Ministry of Home Affairs of Sindh for the recovery of Priya Kumari is rubbing salt on the leaves of Priya Kumari's mother. Corrupt police officers have been included in the committee.

He said that the government does not want to establish peace and order in Sindh. The police does not arrest the real killers of journalist Jan Mohammad Mehr. Bandits, murderers and robbers are committing crimes under government patronage

. Who provides rocket launchers and other modern weapons to the robbers in a village where Panadal Gori is not even found? He said that unless action is taken against the guardians of bandits, bandit rule cannot end. The Sindh government is demanding the death of the bandit chiefs instead of bringing them under the law.

Sardars' Jirgas and Katha are violations of court orders. He appealed to the Supreme Court to take notice of the bandit rule in Sindh. A commission consisting of serving judges of the Supreme Court should be established. Patronages of robbers should be severely punished.
