Khadija, a disabled employee of a government college in Hala area of ​​Matiari district, got fed up with the alleged harassment of the administration and committed suicide by jumping into the canal.

The body of 25-year-old maid Khadija, a resident of Hala, was found three days ago in Phalili canal of Hyderabad. Khadija had given reasons in a letter before committing suicide. Police said Khadija belonged to a poor family and worked as a lab attendant at the Government College in Hala.


According to the police, the relatives have alleged that Khadija was allegedly not only being harassed by the college administration but was also being forced to clean the bathrooms. Even four days ago, he was not only made to do the same but also humiliated.

Police said that after the suicide, the girl's body was accompanied by a letter in the purse, which said that she was being harassed in the college and was leaving this world, not to be found.


In her letter, Khadija had written the phone numbers of the family members and said that if the body is found, inform them on these numbers.

The family members have demanded that Khadija committed suicide because of the harassment and anxiety of the college administration, action should be taken against the college staff.
