Quetta Judicial Magistrate Quetta has issued an arrest warrant for Mehmood Khan Achakzai.
The Judicial Magistrate has issued a warrant in FIR No. 43 of 2024 of Gwalmandi police station.
As soon as Mehmood Khan Achakzai became the presidential candidate, the administration raided his house. After the raid, the district administration registered a case of interference in the government against Mehmood Khan Achakzai,
who was not present at home at that time.
The judicial magistrate has issued a warrant for the failure of the district administration to appear in the same FIR.
In the warrant dated April, the police were directed to arrest Mahmood Khan Achakzai and produce him on April 27.
