Thar coal companies must ensure
measures to prevent heat stroke for the miners, Minister Nasir Shah.
KARACHI Provincial Minister for
Energy, Planning and Development Syed Nasir Hussain Shah while issuing
instructions for the protection of miners regards expected heat stroke, said
that protective measures should be ensured for all miners to prevent heat
stroke.
He
said that all companies working in Thar coal should ensure measures to prevent
heat stroke for the miners.
Nasir Hussain said that preventive
measures to prevent heat stroke should be fully implemented for the miners.
He added that the lives of miners are
very important to us, workers are the backbone of mining industries and the
wheels of industries depend on healthy workers.
