Actions against drug peddlers are underway on the instructions of Provincial Minister for Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Sindh Mukesh Kumar Chawla.
According to the details, during a search on Central Jail Road, Rohri Circle under the leadership of AETO Qamaruddin Sial of Narcotics Control Department Sindh, 11 kg of high-quality hashish was recovered from a Mazda truck.
During the operation, the Narcotics Control Department Rohri Circle has arrested an accused Abdul Wahid son of Mohammad Ibrahim Jamali red-handed and has registered a case by taking possession of the Mazda truck and the recovered hashish.
On the other hand, Provincial Minister Mukesh Kumar Chawla congratulated Qamaruddin Sial and his team and said that eradicating drugs is a guarantee of a better and brighter future, while preventing drug use is a collective and national responsibility.
