Judicial Magistrate South has handed over the accused Shabbir Ahmed to police on physical remand after he was charged with sexually abusing minor girls. Defence Police presented the accused in court.
According to the investigating officer, the accused repeatedly engaged in immoral acts with young girls. The court granted a 5-day physical remand. Police stated that four FIRs have been registered at Defence Police Station, including complaints from families of five minor girls, two of whom are sisters.
The accused has been residing in Karachi since 2016 and allegedly lured girls with money before abusing them. Over 100 obscene videos were recovered from his mobile phone. The court has directed the investigating officer to submit a progress report by September 17.
