EPI Sindh hosted a high-level delegation from the Gates Foundation today at the EPI Directorate, where the Respected *Dr. Raj Kumar, Project Director, EPI Sindh* , briefed the team on campaign performance, operational achievements, and ongoing efforts to strengthen immunization systems across the province.
The delegation joined the MR & OPV Campaign Debriefing Session, reaffirming a strong and trusted global partnership committed to improving vaccine access, quality, and equity for every child in Sindh.
During the session, representatives from UNICEF, WHO, and the EPI Core Team reviewed campaign progress, operational insights, and collective strategies to enhance coverage, field performance, and real-time monitoring.

The Gates Foundation delegation also visited the MR–OPV Control Room, observing how EPI Sindh manages province-wide coordination and rapid decision-making during the campaign.

1. Real-time data transmission systems for MR & OPV coverage
2. Geographical tracking of vaccinators across Sindh3. Vaccine logistics & cold-chain operations
4. Coverage validation & accountability mechanisms
5. Issue-tracking, escalation flow, and rapid response systems
6. Operational challenges, achievements & strategic way forward
