Hunt Intensifies for Ex-SP’s Son as Police Recover Getaway Vehicle in FBR Officer Shooting

Authorities in Karachi have yet to apprehend the son of a retired Superintendent of Police (SP) involved in the shooting of an FBR officer in Clifton. Despite several raids, the suspect remains at large, though a significant breakthrough has been made in the investigation.
Utilizing technical surveillance, police successfully traced and recovered the suspect's vehicle from Shikarpur. Investigations revealed that the suspect was using a government-issued vehicle during the commission of the crime.
Police officials claim that multiple raids have been conducted across Karachi and various locations throughout the province to nab the accused. The recovered vehicle is currently being transported back to Karachi for further legal formalities and forensic analysis.
The incident occurred two days ago near the Ashiana Apartments in Clifton, where an FBR officer was seriously injured following a heated dispute that escalated into gunfire.
