Iran's Revolutionary Guards have announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz in response to Israeli attacks on Lebanon, accusing the United States of failing to restrain Israel under the June 17 agreement. However, US CENTCOM has strongly denied these claims, confirming that maritime traffic in the region is proceeding normally. According to CENTCOM, operations remain undisrupted, with 55 vessels carrying 17 million barrels of crude oil having safely transited through the strait.
