Joint Operation "Shaban" Continues in Balochistan; Four More Militants Killed
A joint operation, codenamed Operation Shaban, is continuing in Balochistan with the participation of the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan, and Police.
According to security sources, security forces targeted militants hiding in the mountainous areas using heavy weapons during the ongoing operation.
Security sources said that four more militants were killed during the latest action, while several others were reportedly injured.
With the latest operation, the total number of militants killed in Operation Shaban has risen to 43, according to security sources.
Security sources further stated that 79 terrorists have been killed in Operation Shaban and other intelligence-based operations (IBOs) conducted since July 5.
