Climate change and rising population are major challenges: Finance Minister

Additionally, Ahsan Iqbal detailed infrastructure response measures alongside daily monitoring under the Prime Minister's direction, while Mian Muhammad Mueen Wattoo called for boosting water storage capacity through strategic projects like the Diamer Bhasha Dam to build long-term climate resilience.
