Karachi: A case of kidnapping of social leader Jibran Nasir has been registered.
Mansha Pasha, wife of Jibran Nasir, filed a case registration request at Clifton police station for the alleged kidnapping of her husband.
Mansha Pasha stated in the registration case application that while passing near Defense Phase 5, our vehicle collided with a white double cabin, another silver colored vehicle blocked the way of our vehicle from ahead.
According to the petitioner, there were about 15 armed persons in both the vehicles. My husband was forced out of the vehicle by the armed persons and taken away.
In the application, Mansha Pasha said that the police is not registering a case on my application, for which I will approach the court tomorrow.
According to the police, a case has been registered in the Clifton police station against unknown persons in the complaint of Jibran Nasir's wife Manshapasha, in which provisions of kidnapping have been added.
