Medical camps and seventy relief camps have also been set up in view of possible rains and floods.
According to the spokesperson of Sindh Rangers, the process of delivering dry ration and clean drinking water to the victims in the coastal belt of Shah Bandar Sajawal, Thatta, Gharo and Badin is in progress.
Eleven ration trucks including mobile kitchens have been dispatched to the affected areas.
According to the Rangers spokesperson, medical camps were set up for prevention of epidemics and other medical aid in view of rains and floods.
Seventy relief camps have also been established in Badin, Sajawal and Thatta areas.
According to the Rangers spokesperson, during the three-day relief operation, a total of more than 60,000 people from Badin, Thatta and Sajawal have been shifted to safe places.
