Save the lands and resources of Sindh

A conference was held in Hyderabad Press Club hall under
the title "Save Sindh's lands and resources" by the public movement
against the occupation of Sindh lands under various names including corporate
farming and agricultural revolution.
Agreed on a joint struggle against land occupation by the representatives of Sindh. In the conference, it was demanded that the resolution passed by the United Nations General Assembly in 2007 to protect the rights of natives should be implemented. The unrestricted powers granted to the Special Investment Facilitation Council are in violation of the 1940 Convention and the Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution.
Therefore, all the decisions made under this
unconstitutional institution should be declared null and void.
An unconstitutional institution like this (Sifak) should
be abolished immediately. Under the agricultural revolution and the so-called
corporate farming, the occupation of the lands of Sindh, Punjab, KPK, Saraiki
Wasib and Balochistan should be stopped.
The process of plundering the resources of the oppressed
nations of the country including Sindh should be stopped immediately. The
decision to release 200 billion rupees to the Green Corporation Initiative
Company by the Economic Coordination Committee of the Federal Government was
declared as a fraud on the country's finances.
People-friendly forces of the country will have to unite
and struggle. He said that in Article 10 of the United Nations Resolution of
2007, it is clearly written that no one can forcibly migrate the local people,
but unfortunately, the ruling class of Pakistan is violating international laws
by suspending human rights in the country. He said that the local people are
being forcibly transported to build a military cantonment in Sikarund, against
which the affected people are protesting with all their might.
It is a violation
of international laws to forcibly evacuate the local people and build occupied
colonies and military camps like Bahriatown.
The criminal silence of the human rights organizations on
the atrocities happening to Sindh is sad.
The name of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan has
survived, but the practical work of this commission has been stopped.

that the coastal strip is being occupied. The PPP government in Sindh has sold
the lands and resources of Sindh for the sake of power and instead of deporting
millions of Afghans and other foreigners, it has become their facilitator.
The people of
Sindh should take accountability from the PPP for the past fifteen years.
Central General Secretary of Awami Tehreek Noor Ahmed Katiyar said that the
Green Corporation Initiative Company established by the ruling class of Punjab
is like the East India Company which is at the forefront of looting the
resources of the oppressed people of the country. The central vice president of
the Awami Tehreek, Howarlansa Plajo, said that the occupation of the lands of
the oppressed people of the country, including Sindh, is a very big problem.
As we have continuously struggled against the Kalabagh
Dam, we will have to continuously struggle against this occupation. Masood

in Pakistan in the name of corporate farming and extraction of natural
resources are unconstitutional, hostile to the people, hostile to the
environment and hostile to the whole.
These plans are
tantamount to handing over the country to the corporate bodies of imperialist
institutions.

with the people of all the provinces of the country and people-friendly
parties.

Peasant Movement, said that the eviction of the farmers in the name of the
agricultural revolution is too much to condemn.
Anything that destroys and destroys the peasantry is
called development. He said that agriculture is being destroyed by taking over
the lands of Sindh.
The central organizer of the Sindhiani movement, Umra
Simone, said that the 200 billion given to the Corporation Initiative Company
should be withdrawn from this amount and a domestic arts industry should be
established for women. Domestic handicraft industry should be encouraged.
The work of the military institutions is to control the
border, to control the economy, farmers and workers should be brought forward
by providing facilities.
The central leader of Awami Tehreek Abdul Qadir Ranto
said that the decision to give millions of acres of land to military
organizations is an anti-people decision. Advocate Ismail Khakhili said that by
occupying the lands of Sindh, there is a conspiracy to make the Sindhis
stateless in their homeland like the Palestinians.
Dr. Dildar Leghari
said that since the creation of Pakistan, the ruling party occupying it has
spared no effort in destroying and ruining the people of Sindh.
Unfortunately,
Sindh's traitorous upper class has become a facilitator and helper in this
entire process. Narrator Ali Mohammad Pervez said that we should talk better
but at the same time we have to work practically. Senior journalist Iqbal
Mullah said that PPP is also involved in the occupation of lands and resources.

The rights of the common people of Sindh have been
violated. Social leader Noor Muhammad Bajir said that this problem needs to be
looked at seriously.
There is a plan of the companies which has a great loss
to the poor. We have such experiences since 1969 that how much damage has been
done in the world. When the lands of Sindh are handed over to the companies,
the local people will be displaced.
Companies have
nothing to do with the environment and people, they do it for their own
business. There is a need to be united on national power, there should be a
single front of national provincial and national power. Prof. Mushtaq Mirani
said that the PDM government quickly enacted anti-people legislation, they
passed the bills without reading them.
The People's Party is an equal partner in the possession
