unopposed victory in the National Assembly seat from Nawabshah was challenged.
Ghulam Mustafa Rand, a
candidate from Nawabshah Constituency NA-207, has challenged Asifa Bhutto's
victory in the Sindh High Court.
Election Commission and
Asifa Bhutto have been made parties in the petition filed through a lawyer
belonging to PTI.
The position adopted in
the application is illegal to decide on success and selection till April 22.
Candidate Ghulam
Mustafa's papers were rejected on the basis of a fake electricity bill. We want
an election in Nawab Shah. We want to see who the people are with.
