Sindh Education Foundation MD Interacts with Head Teachers at Futurum, YPDC

Karachi: The Managing Director of Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), Kabir Kazi, visited Futurum at the Youth Professional Development Centre (YPDC) on Thursday, May 9th, to distribute certificates among 86 head teachers who completed the first round of Refresher II training.
Accompanied by regional head Karachi Fatah Jokhio, Deputy Director Training Unit Musarat Zulfiqar, Mukhtiar Chandio, and Head of Futurum Ashfaque Hussain Mirani, the MD-SEF appreciated the efforts of the training unit team and emphasized the importance of training head teachers. "Head teachers are the first representation in SEF schools, and it is our high priority to keep them in the loop of such trainings to enhance development in learning as they put their direct efforts in community building," he said.
The head teachers shared their reflections on the training, highlighting advancements in school leadership, curriculum development, academic management, and school governance. The training aimed to equip head teachers with the necessary skills and knowledge to improve the quality of education in SEF schools.
The certificate distribution ceremony marked the successful completion of the first round of Refresher II training, and SEF plans to continue such initiatives to support the professional development of head teachers and improve the education sector in Sindh.
