KARACHI Advisor to CM on Livestock Fisheries and Human Settlement Syed Najmi Alam, a delegation of Pakistan Fishermen Union and Fisherman Lara Jamaat met in his office on Monday, In which Dr. Yusuf, Hanif Lara, Faiz Jamot, Rashid Mama and others were participated۔
In the meeting, he informed the provincial advisor about the corruption in the Fishermen Cooperative Society and the reasons for postponing the board elections. Syed Najmi Alam assured the delegation that he will meet the Chief Minister of Sindh very soon and inform him about all the issues of the Fishermen Cooperative Society and Will also inform the instructions given by the Sindh High Court regards the board elections.
He added that the CM will be informed about the demand of the fishermen that the elections should be conducted on the old cards.
Syed Najmi Alam said that we will work day and night to solve the problems of the fishermen community and obstacles in this way cannot block our way now.
