We had the honor of hosting an engaging artist talk by Amin Rehman as part of the ongoing 'Bleeding Borders' exhibition. Amin Rehman, a Toronto-based artist and son of renowned miniature painter Ustad Bashir ud Din, delved into the intricate details of his works alongside the cultural and sociopolitical realities of Pakistan’s borderlands with India, Iran, and Afghanistan. His multimedia installation, featuring neon signage and video projections, sheds light on the historical routes that once thrived across these regions and the struggles of the communities residing there today.
