The Sukaar Foundation Sindh, with the support of Concern Worldwide, has launched an ambitious agroforestry initiative in District Matiari, Sindh.
As part of this effort, 15,000 trees have been distributed to 1,000 selected households who are committed to planting and have sufficient space for these trees.
Each household has received 10 diverse species of plants, including: Falsa Beeri Siris Peepal Anar Chiko Guava Naeem Moringa Lemon
To ensure proper plantation and care, each household has also been provided with a Tree Plantation Toolkit, which includes a manual hole digger and a gardening shower.
This initiative aims to make Matiari greener and more sustainable.
