Russia celebrates one of its main national holidays - Russia Day. Every year,
the Russian House in Pakistan holds an award ceremony for representatives of the media community "About Russia - honestly!".
The prominent media channels and newspapers including PTV World were awarded for promotion of bilateral relations between Pakistan and Russia through reporting. PTV World Karachi head Ali Asghar Arbab and other journalists received the awards from Mr. Ruslan prokhorov, Director of the Center at Russian House Karachi. Addressing the ceremony, Mr. Ruslan prokhorov highlighted the contribution of the journalists and media to promote Pakistan and Russia friendship.
The young students got training at the center presented Pakistani and Russian songs. Earlier, the journalists and guests were briefed about the photo exhibition "Died for the Truth" features portraits of journalists who died for the right to tell the truth about the events in Donbass in Russia.
