Karachi: Joint Operation Foils Major Drug Smuggling Attempt

In a major joint operation, Mochko Police and a federal intelligence agency successfully foiled a large-scale drug smuggling attempt on Karachi's Hub River Road.
Acting on intelligence, security personnel signaled a suspicious Land Cruiser to stop. However, the suspects attempted to evade arrest by speeding onto an unpaved off-road track. Due to excessive speed and rough terrain, the vehicle overturned, allowing law enforcement officers to swiftly apprehend the two suspects on board.
A thorough search of the vehicle led to the recovery of over sixty-six kilograms of high-grade narcotics intended for distribution across various parts of the city.
A formal case has been registered against the arrested smugglers at Mochko Police Station.
