Peshawar High Court big decision on the marriage of an Afghan citizen with a Pakistani woman The Peshawar High Court has given a major verdict on the issue of marriage of an Afghan citizen to a Pakistani woman. The Peshawar High Court has decided to grant Pakistani citizenship to an Afghan citizen on the basis of marriage. The written judgment of the court said that Zeenat is a Pakistani and her husband is an Afghan citizen. The Peshawar High Court further said in the judgment that Zeenat husband should be given Pakistani citizenship. The woman should submit an application to the Ministry of Interior for her Afghan husband's citizenship.
