The American
multinational organization Miss Universe Organization has denied the recent
news about the participation of the Saudi model in the 2024 beauty pageant.
According to the
report of Al-Arabiya English, the organization clarified that Saudi Arabia has
not yet joined the list of countries that have been confirmed to participate in
this year's Miss Universe pageant.
"We are
currently going through a rigorous screening process to qualify candidates and
represent the competition," the statement said.
The statement
further said that 'Saudi Arabia cannot join this competition until it is
confirmed by our committee.'
