Karachi: Tragic Road Accident Claims Life of 5-Year-Old

In Karachi’s Malir Millat Town, a heartbreaking traffic accident occurred when a speeding truck collided with a motorcycle, resulting in the death of a young child. This incident adds to a grim statistic—58 children have lost their lives in various accidents across the city this year.
According to police reports, 5-year-old Aun Muhammad, who was riding on the motorcycle, died on the spot, while his father sustained injuries. Following the incident, police swiftly arrested the truck driver and his helper. Authorities confirmed that investigations are ongoing.
The child’s body and his injured father were transported to the hospital. With this latest tragedy, the total number of traffic-related fatalities in Karachi this year has reached 589.
