MQM-P Rejects Sindh Government's Gul Plaza Incident Report

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has officially rejected the report presented by the Sindh government regarding the Gul Plaza tragedy.
An MQM spokesperson stated that holding an innocent child responsible for such a massive tragedy is "ridiculous." The party alleged that the Sindh government is attempting to hide its incompetence and corruption behind an innocent minor. According to the spokesperson, the Sindh government is acting as the accused, the complainant, and the judge in the Gul Plaza case.
The party further questioned the provincial government: if they claim a child started the fire, why was the administration unable to extinguish the blaze for three consecutive days? MQM has demanded that the federal government form a high-level judicial commission under the Pakistan Commission of Inquiry Act to ensure a transparent investigation.
