“Woman Murdered in Shadman: Hina Parvez Butt Takes Notice, Seeks Police Report”

Lahore: Chairperson of the Punjab Women Protection Authority, Hina Parvez Butt, has taken notice of the murder of a woman reported in Shadman area.
Hina Parvez Butt has sought a detailed report on the incident from the DIG Operations Lahore.
Condemning the incident, she stated that cases of murder and violence against women are unacceptable under any circumstances. She emphasized that those involved in crimes against women will be brought to justice.
The Chairperson assured that legal assistance will be provided to the affected family and reiterated that ensuring the protection of women is the government’s top priority.
She further said that the Punjab Women Protection Authority remains committed to taking all possible measures for the safety and rights of women across the province.
