IFJ Delegation Strengthens Support for Palestinian Journalists in Ramallah
Ramallah, Palestine – The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) delegation, led by President Dominique Pradalié and General Secretary Anthony Bellanger, is currently in Ramallah to bolster support for Palestinian journalists and the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate (PJS).
During their visit, the IFJ delegation met with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa and the Minister of Information. They also visited Birzeit University and its Media Development Center, engaging with students and faculty to discuss media freedom and development.
An online call with Gaza's journalists at the UNESCO-IFJ Solidarity Centers was held to address their pressing priorities and explore ways the Federation can better support media workers in Gaza.
The IFJ reaffirmed its commitment to standing by Palestinian journalists, emphasizing the importance of solidarity and international support in these challenging times.
